International Beauty Institute Toronto is looking for highly motivated individuals, with 2 administrative duties experience in the aesthetics field .
The ideal candidate will be,
-Be proficient in various systems, excel, word, outlook, etc.
-High ability to multitask
-Excellent customer service
-Fluent in English language
-Aesthetics background or Diploma is a plus.
-Be able to communicate and work with Campus manager in various tasks at the same time
-High attention to detail
-Responsible, on time and reliable
The duties and job description
-Answering phones and re directing calls
-Ministry related paperwork ( will train)
-Product sales ( among others)
-Follow protocols of school throughout the campus for COVD-19 ( will be trained )
-Assist the Campus Supervisor/Manager
