ReFresh Psychotherapy is looking for Psychologists / Psychological Associates that can provide supervision, as well as do assessments. We are located in the heart of Forest Hill in Toronto and offer a premium location to go with premium pay. This position is in person and virtual. Full time / part time openings.
$150 - $180 / hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking full-time/ part time Psychologists or Psychological Associates to join our growing team. Our ideal candidates are licensed to practice with the CPO or are already in supervised practice.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are able to provide psychological and neuropsychological assessments, formulate treatment plans, deliver psychotherapy and would also enjoy providing supervision.
Our goal is to provide assessments that are therapeutic and to identify and celebrate strengths while also labeling differences and needs to help clients and their families build a better understanding of themselves.
Following assessment we have a team that is able to provide follow up care. We work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. We are seeking someone who can assist us meet the growing needs of our clients and the doctors in the area that we collaborate with and support to provide exceptional care.
**Qualifications:**
- Licensed to practice and in good standing (with the CPO) in Ontario and with up to date liability insurance
- Experience in providing assessments
- Work in-person, online, and in a hybrid model to meet client needs
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preference given to those open to providing clinical supervision
