We operate as a close-knit team and are looking to bring aboard our newest contributor. As part of the Fulfillment Management team and reporting to Fulfillment Manager, you will support product registrations and commercial expansion of existing and new product. The position is available immediately.
Fulfillment Associate, Regulatory Registration
· Coordinate, assemble, and submit dossiers for registrations.
· Complete finished product notifications/registrations in primary and growth markets.
· Ensure compliance with US (MoCRA) and European (CPNP) regulatory requirements specific to the cosmetics/HABA industry, specifically in relation to new product introductions.
· Maintain various tracking tools to ensure up to date information and traceability of all regulatory data/documentation.
· Effectively communicate with external and internal teams, including Procurement and Operations, as to the status of deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
· Work closely with our product supplier (IFF) to ensure all required documentation is provided to meet company timelines.
· Assist in other areas of the Fulfillment/Sales Process as needed including:
- New customer onboarding – Review new customer product and company requirements; provide essential information to internal departments (Accounting, Logistics etc.); add MG product material/detail to customer portals.
- Sales Order Management – provide support for adding sales orders to ERP system; assist sales team with order accuracy and direction.
- Account programming – review Tier 1 Account’s monthly/seasonal program process and set up; provide product info (sku, price, image, program dates etc) as required with master doc/templates, as per target dates.
- Implement processes to standardize and improve workflow.
Qualifications
· Good understanding of current Documentation Practices in regulatory environment.
· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines in key markets, including the United States (MoCRA), Europe (CPNP), and Canada (CNF).
· Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or concepts. Specific experience with NetSuite is highly desirable.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, concurrent, and often global projects.
· Excellent written, verbal and collaboration skills
· Extremely well organized and detail oriented
· Relevant education OR equivalent work experience
Salary & Location
This is a permanent fulltime role at 40 hours per week. Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience. This position will be based at the company’s office in Toronto, Ontario, with some possibility to work from home.
