About The Role
Reporting to the Head, Corporate Services, the Business Operations & Infrastructure Manager is responsible for building and continuously improving the operational foundation that enables ELP to perform at its best.
This role oversees business operations across compliance, governance, technology, workplace infrastructure, operational processes, and vendor partnerships. Working across every department, they connect people, systems, technology, and physical infrastructure to ensure the organization operates efficiently, remains compliant, and is positioned to scale.
With equal parts strategic thinking and practical execution, this role reduces operational risk, improves organizational effectiveness, and creates the conditions that allow our teams to focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
As our Business Operations & Infrastructure Manager, you will:

Lead compliance, governance, and risk initiatives, ensuring policies, certifications, regulatory requirements, and operational controls remain current and effective.
- Design and continuously improve operational processes, SOPs, and automation initiatives that simplify work and increase organizational efficiency.
- Oversee workplace technology, business systems, and outsourced IT partnerships, ensuring employees have reliable tools and support to perform at their best.
- Manage ELP's workplace infrastructure, facilities, assets, and office environment, creating a safe, functional, and engaging space for employees.
- Build and manage operational vendor partnerships, including onboarding, contract administration, compliance, performance management, and commercial frameworks.
- Develop operational dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into compliance, process performance, workplace operations, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to implement scalable solutions that strengthen business performance and support future growth.
- Lead operational projects and organizational initiatives that improve how the business works behind the scenes.

Education/Experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business operations, operational excellence, corporate services, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience improving operational processes, governance frameworks, business systems, and organizational workflows.
- Experience managing compliance, operational risk, workplace operations, vendor relationships, and technology initiatives.
- Experience implementing operational systems, automation, or business improvement projects.
- Experience in agency, production, professional services, or fast-growing organizations is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or CHRP are considered an asset.
