Front Desk Agent
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team!
What you’ll be doing:
-Welcoming guests with a smile and checking them in/out
-Answering phones and helping with reservations
-Handling payments quickly and accurately
- Sharing your knowledge about the hotel and local area to make guests feel at home
What we’re looking for:
- Great customer service skills
-Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Reliable and available Saturdays and Sundays
- Experience is a bonus but not required – we’ll train the right person!
