Customer Service/Retail Representative
Responsibilities:
· Engage and strengthen relationships with our customers and clients. Calling them by name during or at the end of their transaction.
· Advise clients about our promotional items and speak to them about value-added supplementation to support their overall health and well-being.
· Utilize product knowledge to assist customers’ in making better purchasing decisions at Health on Main.
· Participate in product training and company meetings.
· Ensure product is merchandised in a neat and tidy manner. Product labels are customer facing with English label facing outward. No large gaps between products on shelves.
· Ensure store looks fully stocked and is welcoming to our customers and clients.
· Be aware of one year close to expiry products.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Description
· Ensure shelves are wiped and dusted daily when store isn’t busy. Sweep and mop floors at the end of the night shift. Garbage carried out at the end of the night.
· Welcome customers to Health on Main within 3 seconds of them entering the store.
· Become familiar with customers to be able to address them by name upon them entering the store.
· Check deliveries upon arrival to ensure correct delivery.
· Unpack and merchandise products on shelf.
· Keep up to date on 6 month expiry dated products in an effort to move them.
· Describe benefits and advantages of products.
· Other duties as assigned.
