Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead <PERSON> to spearhead our construction and renovation projects, ensuring excellence from start to finish. As a vital team leader, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate skilled trades, and uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship. Duties
- Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and resource availability
- Oversee the installation of concrete forms, rebar reinforcement, roofing, siding, cabinetry, flooring, tile laying, and other finishing trades
- Manage safety protocols by conducting regular site inspections and enforcing compliance with OSHA regulations
- Perform heavy lifting and operate power tools, hand tools, machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or renovation projects with a strong background in carpentry or woodworking
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation
- Hands-on experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, roofing, siding installation, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and tile installation methods for finishing touches
- Handyman experience or general construction experience highly valued for versatility
