Role Overview
As a Window Cleaner, you are the face of our company. You will work outdoors at different locations across London and surrounding areas, ensuring every home and business looks its best.
We are looking for someone with strong character who takes pride in a job well done. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you must be ready to work hard, stay safe, and deliver the 5-star quality our customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, frames, tracks, screens and sills to a spotless finish
- Safely use ladders and our water-fed pole system to clean areas up to 50 feet high.
- Inspect windows for damage and report issues
- Clean out eavestroughs and help install gutter guards
- Perform high-power pressure washing or gentle "soft washing"
- Follow all safety rules and keep your tools and equipment clean and organized.
- Keep work areas tidy and ensure no mess is left behind at the customer's property.
- Represent our award-winning team by being polite and professional with clients on-site
Requirements
- Previous window cleaning experience is required.
- Valid driving license and your own reliable vehicle to get to work.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, lifting gear, and working at heights.
- Working at Heights Certificate (we can help you get trained if needed).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
