Established in 1995, Patisserie Lebeau is Vancouver’s original Belgian waffle and Belgian/French patisserie. We introduced authentic Liège waffles to the city 31 years ago and have since grown into Canada’s leading manufacturer of Liège waffles, supplying natural food stores, cafés, and restaurants nationwide.
As our wholesale and retail operations continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail‑oriented Baker with strong dough‑handling experience to join our production team.
What You Will Do
- Scale and prepare ingredients with accuracy and consistency
- Mix, and finish a variety of doughs, including:
- Croissant dough
- Baguette dough
Pie and sugar dough Cookie dough
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, dough sheeter, and dough divider
- Participate in waffle production, including baking, monitoring bake quality, and packing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory rotation, receiving, and shipping
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What You Bring
- Minimum 2–3 years professional baking experience (artisan bakery or pastry shop preferred)
- Strong skills in dough mixing, shaping, and finishing
- Experience using a dough sheeter is highly preferred
- Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistent product quality
- Reliable, punctual, tidy, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Must be currently in Vancouver and able to start upon job confirmation
- Overseas or short‑term applicants will not be considered
