Hi there, I’m Brad and I head up the social practice here at Klick Health. We research, craft, and execute social strategies for our clients to help them engage with their customers. We are growing our team and I’m looking for individuals who can wear a number of hats on a daily basis:

Social Media Researcher
We use Sysomos for researching social conversations. During our research we are looking for both quantitative and qualitative insights about the shape of the online communities and their topics of interest. The ability to research and synthesize the results is critical.

When we perform research there are always questions that we are trying to answer. Coming up with the best answers for the client requires the ability to understand the strategic framework and align recommendations to it.

Content Creator
Once our recommendations are accepted our work is only beginning. We execute the social content necessary to get our clients’ brands on social channels and grow their audiences. Since our clients work in a highly regulated industry (pharmaceutical marketing in the US) the successful candidate will be adept at content creation inside of strict boundaries.

Community Manager
Dealing with the talk around our content is where the social team flexes its community management muscle. Highly regulated and careful, our clients see community management a little more conservatively than other industries but they are always looking for the opportunity to both learn and guide their engaged users.

With the varied nature of this position, you’ll be comfortable researching alone, brainstorming in a group, writing new content, and presenting ideas to clients. When we meet I’ll want to hear about your full-service social experience and the results that you are most proud of.
