Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Swimming Pool Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to promote and sell high-end swimming pool products and services, including renovations and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Multilingual abilities and experience with retail sales, inside and outside sales, and product demonstrations are highly valued. As a key member of our sales team, you will help drive revenue growth through effective account management, upselling, and marketing strategies.
Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through outside and inside sales efforts to promote swimming pool products and services
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of pools, renovations, and construction options
- Develop customized pool solutions using SketchUp or CAD software to assist clients in visualizing projects
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional products such as accessories, maintenance packages, or upgrades during the sales process
- Manage client accounts by providing ongoing support, follow-ups, and service enhancements
- Assist in merchandising displays to attract customer attention in retail environments
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns targeting high-end clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or related customer service roles; high-end sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with SketchUp, CAD software, or similar design tools for project visualization
- Knowledge of renovation, construction processes, or pool industry is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are preferred
- Proficiency with, basic math skills, and organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently and conduct engaging product demos
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
