o Opening and closing of store
o Renting out U-Haul Trucks
o Parking trucks at the right parking spot
o Maintaining U-Haul inventory
o Calling customers regarding U-Haul reservations
o Booking reservations over the phone
o Maintaining cash report for U-Haul
o Calling Hold for pickup freight for cold shot
o Creating orders for cold shot and selling bus tickets.
o Making list of the things which needs to order for U-Haul (boxes, tape, mattress bag etc.)
o Keeping track of all the transactions for U-Haul rentals and sales order for U-Haul
o Interact with our guests in a friendly, fast, courteous and efficient manner
o Attention to detail in order to promote positive customer interactions
o Hear and sense customer needs and keep your manager and fellow team members informed
o Complete training and maintain knowledge by participating in on-line and hands on educational and training opportunities
o Report every damage/change/update on the U-Haul vehicle
o Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform it with energy and enthusiasm
o Be a strong team player, with a commitment to continuous learning who provides high quality service to our customers
o Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul Center with U-Haul products & services
o Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
o Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
o Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels
o Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
o Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
30 hours/week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
