Summary
We are seeking a Junior Program Advisor to join our team in Canada. Based in, this role is vital in helping us deliver impactful support to families, ensuring children and youth can remain in their homes and communities. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing family support programs tailored to community needs.
- Engage with families through effective communication and support strategies.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Conduct educational sessions and workshops to empower families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities and outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Qualifications
- Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with families and team members.
- Experience or familiarity with Ellucian systems is a plus.
- Proven recruiting experience or knowledge of hiring processes.
- Strong teaching abilities with a passion for education and community development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to supporting families.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities are considered an asset but are not mandatory.
