Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Grain at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Provost, AB. As an Assistant Manager, Grain you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the grain handling facility, including assisting with staff supervision, inventory and operations management.

Provide a high level of customer service to farm customers
Assist in the management of the elevator in accordance with the business plan
Supervise and participate in the receiving, inventory management and shipment of grain

Four years of progressive experience in Agribusiness and/or other related customer service
Minimum Grade 12 diploma; a Diploma/Degree in Agriculture/Business is an asset
Proven communication and interpersonal skills; excellent customer service skills
