DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, patching, and priming as needed
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, sprayers, or other appropriate tools
- Collaborate with clients to understand their painting preferences and requirements
- Ensure color accuracy and consistency through meticulous color matching
- Adhere to safety protocols to create a secure work environment for yourself and others
- Complete projects within designated timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project
coordination
- Keep accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and project details
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a painting subcontractor or similar role
- Proficiency in surface preparation, paint application techniques, and finishing processes
- Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and coatings
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for color accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations
COMPENSATION:
- Subcontract (per job) or Hourly Wage
