Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the salon.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable grooming products and upselling when appropriate.
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments and handling retail sales.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest men's grooming trends and techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barber or barberette with strong skills in hair styling.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within grooming environments.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well within a team.
- Prior experience managing front desk responsibilities is a plus.
