Job Summary
A new clinic is opening soon in Beiseker and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be committed to providing exceptional care to our clients. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the physical and emotional well-being of our clients through therapeutic touch and personalized treatment plans.
Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Assess client conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting thorough consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
- Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and ethical practice at all times.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a valid state license or certification.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred to effectively communicate with clients regarding their health conditions.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every client.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively.
