We are looking to add a new member to our Quality Assurance team. This role is based in Stratford, Canada.


Your Role:
Administers the EtQ document control system, provide troubleshooting, training and support to staff on features and work flow practices within EtQ.
Maintains IATF compliant Internal Audit System
Oversees the Layer Audit process, summarizes results and issues corrective action list -
Develop, lead, and conduct audits, summarize and report IATF audit results to the organization
Maintains archived data according to TS, Customer Specific and Stackpole requirements
Collect, summarizes, and communicates customer scorecard information to the organization
Collects, enter and analyzes data
Reports information to the organization to support problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
Understand, improve and develop overall IATF Quality Management System to accomplish and maintain TS Registration (transitioning to IATF)
Administer the Engineering Change Control (Mod Note) System. Follow up with initiator(s) to ensure that Mod Notes are closed out in a timely manner
Maintains documentation in EtQ to ensure that most recent revisions are acquired and entered into the system (subscriptions, web searches, customer system access and inquiry) - Part of the initial implementation
Develop reports for Supplier Scorecard metrics and forward to suppliers
Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and CI teams as required
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety Systems are met.

Your Profile...
University degree or College Diploma in a related field of work is required
5-7 years of related Automotive Quality System experience
Proficient computer skills required, specifically in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Proficient with development of spreadsheets, databases to facilitate analysis
Previous experience leading/participating in IATF/ISO/TS audits is a benefit.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and can communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented.
Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and manage priorities
Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
Preference will be given to candidates with ETQ experience
