What You’ll Do: Lead, Knock, Win
Lead by Example
- Demonstrate professionalism, product knowledge, and effective sales practices while supporting representatives in the field.
Support Team Performance
- Supervise a team of door-to-door sales representatives, providing guidance, direction, and support to help them achieve individual and team goals.
Coach and Develop Employees
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and real-time feedback to strengthen sales skills, customer interactions, and product knowledge.
Facilitate Team Communication
- Conduct regular team meetings, field check-ins, and coaching sessions to share updates, reinforce expectations, and support employee development.
Foster a Positive Team Environment
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement while recognizing employee contributions and successes.
Monitor Performance
- Track sales activity and performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with employees to develop action plans where needed.
Core Responsibilities
- Promote Purple Cow's fibre internet, TV, and home phone services to residential and business customers.
- Identify and promote the latest fibre technology, TV, and home-phone services to residential and business clients.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase telecom service sales, customer retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Supervise, coach, and train other sales specialists to improve product knowledge, objection handling, customer engagement, and closing techniques.
- Create effective sales scripts, pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to different customer segments to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor sales team performance through CRM tools, generate reports, conduct reviews, and implement improvements to achieve targets.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with CRTC regulations, company policies, and internal quality standards.
- Provide customers with accurate product recommendations, ongoing support, and solutions for evolving telecom requirements.
- Manage customer records, sales documentation, post-sale follow-ups, and resolve customer concerns or escalations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to internet, modem, TV, and home-phone services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth and improve sales strategies.
- Handle complex sales situations and high-value opportunities while supporting the team in achieving overall business goals.
