Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Presentation Centre Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Presentation Centre in Richmond. This full-time role requires a friendly and outgoing individual with strong administrative skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and register visitors at the Presentation Centre
- Enter visitor/purchaser information into the database
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Presentation Centre and display homes (both interior and exterior)
- Serve coffee and tea to visitors when requested
- Set up A-boards and balloon signage
- Send daily traffic reports to the management team
- Set up the Presentation Centre and perform end-of-day checks
- Manage inventory of office supplies and essentials, ensuring timely replenishment and organization of back-office pantries and stationery
- Handle Presentation Centre purchases and payments
- Assist sales representatives and the customer care team as needed
- Assist with sales and marketing events
Requirements and Skills:
- At least one year of experience in administrative or receptionist roles
- Hospitality experience is preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
- Basic verbal proficiency in Cantonese is a plus
- Pleasant and outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Enjoyment of working in a team environment and eagerness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
