Responsibilities

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and accurately to resolve issues efficiently.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable; candidates with multilingual skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
