ECS Coffee is currently seeking a Full time Customer Care specialist for our office team. This person will have pleasant phone manner, customer service skills experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft office, as well as comfort in learning new technology and software. This position requires the candidate to work in a flexible environment and be able to handle multiple tasks and challenges at one time while completing in time frames required. This person must be able to work Thursdays to Monday. The following is an overview but does not include all responsibilities for this position.
- Processing a variety of customer orders and inquires via phone calls and emails including order entry, providing product knowledge support, invoicing, availability, returns, order tracking, delivery dates, credits and general administrative issues.
- Proactively manage open customer sales orders in a timely manner.
- Checks and responds to messages for all customer service platforms including phone messages, online chat, Amazon and internal emails.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Administer and manage inbound and outbound mail and packages.
- Accurate filing for the office, accounts payable, receivables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
· Customer service includes order entry in Shopify, our account software and Amazon.
· A/R statements for all wholesale customers, as well as follow up communication as needed.
· Ordering of supplies as needed
· Work with couriers to follow up on packages, claims and returns.
· Online Chat for customer service throughout the shift as scheduled.
· Review customer files daily; waiting for product, open claims, etc.

**Training for this position will include retail store training, completion of our product knowledge program, e-commerce order fulfillment training as well as office procedure training.
