Retail Store Supervisor
The Retail Store Supervisor is responsible for leading all aspects of store performance, including sales growth, team leadership, visual merchandising, customer service, and daily operations. Reporting to the Retail District Manager and General Manager, this role drives business results while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and representing the Hill’s Dry Goods and Blue Ruby brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the store team to achieve sales targets, key performance metrics, and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff to maximize performance, product knowledge, and career growth.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and safe workplace while promoting company values and loss prevention practices.
- Oversee visual merchandising, inventory presentation, and seasonal displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
- Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, POS, inventory control, deliveries, merchandising, and policy compliance.
- Monitor store performance, prepare reports, communicate with Head Office and management, and participate in regular meetings.
- Promote company marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and maintain the highest standards of brand representation.
- Perform additional duties as required to support overall store success.
