- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive attitude
- Maintain organized store areas, including stockrooms and checkout counters, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety standards
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey product information and listen actively to customer needs
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing POS systems
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with product demos, merchandising, cashiering, or upselling techniques is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices to ensure positive interactions
