ABOUT THE ROLE
McMahon's Confectionery is the most vibrant and high-energy shop at Barkerville — candy, fudge, ice cream, sodas, and pure joy for visitors of all ages. The Seasonal Supervisor: McMahon's leads daily confectionery operations, oversees fudge production, manages the soda fountain and ice cream service, and develops new confectionery products that delight every guest. If you love food, fun, and creating unforgettable moments, this is your kind of summer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
● Lead daily operations of McMahon's Confectionery with energy and enthusiasm
● Oversee fudge production — recipe, cooking, cooling, cutting, packaging, and display
● Manage ice cream scooping, portioning, and product quality
● Operate soda fountain including syrups, carbonation, and specialty beverages
● Develop new confectionery lines — candy apples, seasonal treats, specialty sodas
● Supervise and support 3 seasonal confectionery associates
● Maintain FoodSafe standards across all food handling and production
● Capture "moments of excitement" for McMahon's social media content
WHAT YOU BRING
● FoodSafe Level 1 certification (required)
● Food production or confectionery experience (an asset)
● High-energy, guest-focused personality with natural enthusiasm
● Supervisory or team leadership experience
● Ability to work quickly and safely in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
● Creative flair for product development and presentation
