Job Description:
TopLine Home Solutions helps Calgary homeowners protect and improve their most valuable investment. We specialize in three core service categories:
- Attic Insulation: improving energy efficiency, reducing heating and cooling costs, and maximizing year-round home comfort
- Mold Removal: identifying and resolving mold issues to protect homeowner health and structural integrity
- Go Nano(R) Roof Rejuvenation: an innovative technology that restores aging asphalt shingles, extending roof life and delaying costly replacements
TopLine Home Solutions is looking for motivated canvassers to connect with homeowners across Calgary. This is a door-to-door role—you will introduce our services, identify homeowner interest, and schedule appointments for our sales team. You do not complete evaluations or close sales.
What You’ll Do
· Canvass assigned residential neighbourhoods in Calgary
· Speak with homeowners about our free attic inspection
· Generate interest in insulation, mold removal, or roof rejuvenation
· Qualify leads and book confirmed appointments
· Meet our weekly activity and appointment targets
· Represent TopLine professionally at every door
Compensation
This is a commission-only position with no base salary and unlimited earning potential. You will earn $300–$400 for each lead you generate that is successfully closed by our sales team and results in a completed job.
What We’re Looking For
· Confident and comfortable speaking with homeowners
· Positive, outgoing, and able to handle rejection
· Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
· Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
· Previous door-to-door, canvassing, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
