Outbound Sales Representative
Position: Outbound Sales Representative
Job Summary: The Outbound Sales Representative will focus on generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through proactive outreach. This role involves making outbound calls, building new client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve company sales goals and drive growth.
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients, introducing our home care services and generating leads.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and referral sources, driving brand awareness and acquiring new clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Client Support: Respond to client inquiries, provide information about services, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market and provide valuable insights.
- Facility Visits: Regularly visit long-term care facilities, social workers, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant contacts to establish and strengthen business connections.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in outbound sales or business development. Experience in Medical Sales is an asset.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive sales approach.
- Persistence: Strong persistence and resilience in pursuing new business opportunities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Experience with Pipedrive is a plus.
- Additional Requirements: Must be willing to travel outside of the province. Must have own car. Must be able to set KPIs and targets for other sales representatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $80,000 plus commission and bonus.
