Reporting to the Supervisor, Third-Party Administration (TPA) Billing, the Support Agent is responsible to support the billing team with day-to-day transactional tasks. The incumbent is expected to gain a thorough understanding of the in-house system.
What you will do:

Perform daily tasks relating to printing and cheque processing

Ensuring proper sorting and distribution of claim and documents

Efficient and accurate data entry in our in-house system
What you will bring:

Proficiency with MS Office applications and very good knowledge of Excel

Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills

Attention to detail is essential

Ability to manage multiple demands
-
Bilingual in French and English, is not required but considered a very strong asset
