Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments.
- Diagnose and treat arthritis and MSK chronic pain conditions as per our protocol.
- Administer therapeutic interventions, such as joint injections, PRP therapy .
- Manage post intervention care.
- Be an active part of the team.
- Utilize EMR systems to maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Educate patients on health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies.
- Participate in the development & implementation of clinical guidelines and SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in nursing and Nurse Practitioner Program graduation.
- Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in the Extended Class.
- Must have excellent phlebotomy and IV skills.
- Experience in functional medicine, sport medicine or pain management is preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- BLS, ACLS
- Ability to work independently and provide high quality care.
- Must do the AUDO screen assessment in order to consider the application.
Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per annum, based on experience
