We are a new and growing cleaning company looking to build a reliable long-term team in the Hamilton/Toronto area. This is currently a casual position with potential to grow into more consistent hours as the business expands. We provide residential and commercial cleaning services and are looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work. The position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals seeking casual or part-time work, with an emphasis on quality cleaning standards and facility upkeep.
Duties
- Clean homes, condos, and/or commercial spaces
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Bathroom and kitchen deep cleaning
- Follow client instructions and company standards
- Maintain professionalism at all job sites
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties effectively throughout the shift
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude toward work responsibilities
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times
Pay: $20.00-$28.88 per hour
