RJCross is seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position perfect for a reliable individual looking for stable, long-term employment with a great team.
In this role, you will be a crucial part of our daily operations, ensuring that our architectural and LED lighting products are prepped, packed, and shipped out to our customers accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and organize outgoing orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Material Prep: Prepare and stage materials and components required for specific client orders.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist with unloading incoming shipments, verifying inventory against packing slips, and loading outgoing freight.
- Inventory & Restocking: Help maintain accurate inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing warehouse bins.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment (sweeping, disposing of packaging materials, etc.).
- General Duties: Perform other typical warehouse tasks as assigned by the team lead.
What We Are Looking For
- Reliable Transportation: Our location is not easily accessible by public transit. Candidates must have their own reliable transportation to ensure dependable daily attendance.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Detail & Deadline Oriented: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict shipping deadlines.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and a willingness to step in and help colleagues wherever needed.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs comfortably, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail stockroom experience is an asset, but not required. We are fully prepared to train the right candidate!
