Developing and implementing training and development programs surrounding the employer value proposition, candidate experience, social media referrals, and overall recruitment strategy.
Implementing, administering, and maintaining all department-supported systems including the applicant tracking, vendor management portal, all related job boards, and third-party integrations within the talent acquisition portfolio of systems.
Researching, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating the employee referral program, industry trends, and making recommendations consistent with corporate growth, mission, and values.
Researching, writing, and producing a variety of reports with recommendations on talent acquisition and recruitment programs, draft policies, strategic plans, projects, and tactics.
What you bring to the table...
Solid applicant tracking database administration skills combined with an understanding of programming techniques and skills in facilitating automated front-end, and back-end workflow design.
Extensive experience and self-sufficiency in a high-demand work environment with minimal supervision and guidance.
Ability to meet deadlines while handling a fluctuating high-pressure / high-volume workload.
Experience with proactive discovery calls with candidates, referrals, and implementing Internet search and research techniques beyond “post-and-pray” mentality.
Established search acumen and creativity with complex Boolean.
Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing, vetting, interviewing, and closing techniques across all levels (entry-level, team lead, supervisor, through to the manager and director-level positions).
Knowledge of methods and techniques used in advertising, marketing, sourcing, testing, interviewing and selecting of candidates, including knowledge of related software applications.
High-energy, and personal drive - with an inherent ability to easily establish, and quickly build confidence and rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong analytic skills with the ability to understand complex workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and human resources team.
Ability to handle data with respect to confidentiality, exercise good judgment, initiative, tact, diplomacy and discretion.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse groups internally and externally to work effectively with highly sensitive / emotionally charged people and situations.
Exposure to at least one full-cycle applicant tracking system (ATS) or customer relationship management (CRM) system implementation.
Strong proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), as well as Prezi, and infographic-related creation systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in business English with particular attention to spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Excellent organizational, time, and project management skills.
Familiarity with current employment legislation and industry standards pertaining to talent acquisition and recruitment best-practices.
Ability to perform research studies, compile and prepare narrative and statistical reports, tabulations, and other materials.
Sound attention to detail and accuracy combined with exceptionally strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Nice-to-have requirements
Demonstrated ability to creatively source high-quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or complex Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) systems evaluation, vetting, and selection processes.
Understanding of automated solutions supporting efficiencies in talent acquisition-related workflows.
Ability to pick up complex demands for niche-level staff quickly, understanding how to craft effective search strategies within unique departments and work environments.
