The Pricing team is seeking an effective and innovative leader to drive revenue and subscriber targets in a fast paced, highly competitive marketplace. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a high profile, dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities to develop and manage in-market pricing, targeted tactics, and promotions across Bell Mobility’s various consumer segments.
Support the Segment Pricing Manager in leading segment pricing strategy
Manage price builds, operations, and end to end execution for in market & retention rate plan products and services
Leverage ongoing analysis to determine pricing effectiveness and identify market opportunities
Present results / insights to senior leadership team to help drive pricing decisions
Manage and / or participate in cross functional projects
Manage cross-functionally with campaign marketing, marketing communications, channel marketing and Loyalty & Retention on pricing tactics
Work with Product, IT, Business Intelligence and Network teams on various projects including new product launches, acquisition and base campaigns or unique system implementations required to support ongoing Pricing or Client Care initiatives
University degree with a Business, Marketing, or Mathematics and/or related discipline
Proven ability in project management and leading large cross functional teams
Excellent analytical skills and ability to think strategically
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Advanced MS Office Skills - Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
SAS knowledge is an asset
Good knowledge of the evolving competitive telecom environment
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
