Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in presentation and taste
- Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Oversee food handling procedures to comply with safety standards and regulations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area according to health regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Ensure excellent food service by coordinating with serving staff and monitoring guest satisfaction
- Lead by example in practicing food safety protocols and hospitality standards
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new kitchen team members as needed

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management
- Supervising experience with team management skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and handling procedures
