Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential customers in their neighborhoods, promoting our products and services, and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to analyze market trends to maximize opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to promote and sell our products and services.
- Build rapport with potential customers through effective communication and active listening.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Familiarity with account management practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is a nice-to-have skill that will enhance customer engagement.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
