Job Summary
We’re building a strong, reliable cleaning team in Brantford and Brant County and are looking for an experienced cleaner who wants consistent work and appreciates a company that’s organized and easy to work with. This is a fully flexible independent contractor position, ideal for someone who wants consistent work while maintaining control over their schedule.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential cleaning (majority of work)
- Complete occasional small business / office cleans as scheduled
- Follow company checklists and standards for each clean
- Maintain strong attention to detail in all areas of the home or space
- Work efficiently while still delivering consistent results
- Communicate any issues, damages, or supply needs promptly
- Arrive on time and fully prepared for each job
- Provide a professional and respectful experience for clients in their homes
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of residential or commercial cleaning experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail, you notice what others miss
- Ability to work independently and stay on task without supervision
- Reliable and punctual, clients and schedules depend on you
- Good time management and ability to work efficiently
- Comfortable working in both homes and occasional small business settings
- Clear communication and professionalism with clients
- Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment (this is required for the role).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between jobs.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
