Position Summary
SyBridge Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive for our Digital Solutions Division. This role is tailored for an individual with a robust background in business development and sales within the injection molding industry. The ideal candidate will have established relationships and deep expertise in molding processes rather than tooling. Reporting directly to the Site Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving pipeline growth and expanding sales within the SyBridge Digital Solutions group.
The Account Executive will focus on generating new business and nurturing existing customer relationships to unlock growth opportunities in our molding solutions. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, engineering, and operations to integrate our capabilities with client needs. Success in this role requires a technical sales approach, a strategic perspective on molding solutions, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that includes regular customer visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain partnerships that contribute to long-term enterprise value.
- Acquire new clients in the assigned territory and convert them into revenue-generating accounts.
- Enhance relationships with existing customers, driving increased pipeline and sales year-over-year.
- Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy focused on molding solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting using Salesforce and other tools.
- Collaborate with legal and business teams to navigate complex contracts and long-term agreements.
- Articulate SyBridge’s vision and strategic direction, promoting a collaborative, long-term partnership with each customer.
- Refine and execute the process for acquiring enterprise-level customers at a senior level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Extensive knowledge of injection molding processes, including engineering changes.
- Familiarity with molding modifications, maintenance, repairs, and spare parts.
- Experience in quoting engineering changes, including geometry changes and optimizations.
- 8+ years of experience in customer-centric roles, with 5+ years specifically in injection molding.
- Established business connections within the molding industry.
- Understanding of manufacturing nuances and client expectations.
- Proven success in strategic enterprise sales and revenue growth across technical product offerings.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a focus on molding solutions.
- Results-driven, with a commitment to achieving revenue growth and profitability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for creating tailored customer presentations and organized spreadsheets.
