Job Title: Certified Athletic Therapist / Registered Massage Therapist
Compensation: Percentage Split of Billings

About the Position: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Certified Athletic Therapist (AT) or Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our busy clinic. This position is available due to the relocation of a fully booked therapist, offering a unique opportunity to take over an established practice.
About Us: Our clinic is located in a corporate office building with a large population of employees who have AT benefits. You will be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team that includes physiotherapists, RMTs, and chiropractors. A collaborative and team-oriented attitude is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Registered Massage Therapy credentials.
- Strong orthopedic skills.
- Proficiency in soft tissue and manual therapy techniques.
- Experience in exercise prescription.
- Preferred:
- Experience in concussion management (training will be provided if needed).
Compensation Structure:
- Initial Period (First 4 Months): 55% to the practitioner, 45% to the clinic.
- Subsequent Period (Following 8 Months): 60% to the practitioner, 40% to the clinic.

Current Treatment Days and Hours:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Note: The current days and hours are flexible and can be adjusted to suit the right candidate.
