We are a busy dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility located just 5 minutes from Pearson Airport. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are passionate about animal care and committed to providing exceptional service for both our canine guests and their owners.
Working with dogs requires patience, confidence, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. We are currently hiring part-time team members for multiple departments. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Dog Daycare Attendant (7am-12pm/7am-3pm & 12pm-8pm/3pm-8pm)
As a Dog Daycare Attendant, you will:
- Supervise and engage with dogs in group play, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Monitor dog behaviour and intervene appropriately to maintain safe, positive play.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary daycare environment throughout your shift.
- Remain calm, confident, and consistent while handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
- Complete detailed report cards and notes to keep clients informed about their dog's day.
- Conduct regular health and wellness checks on all dogs in your care.
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a safe, positive environment for both dogs and staff.
Kennel Attendant (6am-3pm & 12pm-8pm)
As a Kennel Attendant, you will:
- Feed dogs and administer medications according to client instructions.
- Clean and sanitize kennels with exceptional attention to detail.
- Provide individualized care for dogs staying in private accommodations.
- Perform services such as bathing, nail trims, walks, and one-on-one play sessions.
- Assist with daycare coverage during staff breaks.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all boarding guests.
Guest Services (7am-3pm & 12pm-8pm)
As a Guest Services team member, you will:
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Book and manage daycare, boarding, grooming, shuttle, and Meet & Greet reservations.
- Check pets in and out efficiently while creating a welcoming experience for clients.
- Prepare detailed daily report cards for dogs going home.
- Audit reservations, arrival bins, and run cards to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Conduct Meet & Greet assessments for prospective daycare and boarding clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist the Kennel team when additional support is needed.
Overnight Slumber Attendant (7:30pm-7:30am)
As a Slumber Attendant, you will:
- Be responsible for the animals safety and wellbeing overnight
- Supervise the dogs in your slumber room overnight while keeping an eye on the suite dogs.
- Complete detailed notes for all dogs in the building- reporting on any health, behaviour & sleep quality
- Conduct building walkthroughs and monitor webcams to ensure suite dogs have settled. Move unsettled or distressed dogs to the slumber room.
- Manage late night departures by checking out animals that are leaving after hours.
- Administer medications and feedings at scheduled times
- Help the morning Daycare Attendants bring the dogs outside at 7am for a potty break
- Ensure the slumber room is clean and any soiled bedding is brought to the laundry room
- Communicate with the Daycare Attendants & Guest Services to pass along any notes of importance before you leave.

- Have a genuine passion for dogs and provide exceptional animal care.
- Have previous professional experience working with dogs.
- Be reliable, punctual, honest, and a supportive team player.
- Maintain a calm, confident demeanor while handling dogs. We are a positive reinforcement facility.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Be comfortable performing physically demanding work, including cleaning, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Be comfortable cleaning up after dogs and maintaining high sanitation standards.
- Be available to work weekends and holidays.
