Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior HR Generalist to support warehouse day-to-day HR operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with local HR practices, and a genuine interest in growing their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new warehouse employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain and update employee files and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying Timesheet information.
- Respond promptly to workplace incidents or emergencies involving employees (e.g., injuries, accidents), ensuring appropriate reporting and coordination with relevant departments.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from warehouse employees and managers.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1 year of HR experience.
- Familiarity with ESA and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR or databases.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
