As a Sales Associate at Supplement King, your role is pivotal in creating an exceptional shopping experience. 1. Guest Experience:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries, offer product recommendations, and assist with their needs.
- Answer the phone in a professional manner, promptly dealing with customer questions.
- Ask for help when a question is asked that you do not know the answer to
2. Point of Sale (POS):
- Operate the Point of Sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Process customer transactions, handle cash transactions, and manage electronic payments.
- Ensure the accuracy of pricing, discounts, and promotions during transactions.
- Open and close the till, ensuring asana open and closing log is accurately maintained.
- Process returns and ensure Asana returns are maintained and kept up to date.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Participate in training programs to acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Supplement King's product offerings.
- Stay informed about new product releases, features, and benefits.
- Demonstrate expertise in guiding customers on product selection based on their needs and goals.
- Continuous development and training through training programs, scoop and regular examine use.
4. Shipping Product:
- Assist in the packaging and shipping of products for online orders.
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment, including proper item selection, packing, and labeling.
- Collaborate with shipping and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Update and maintain Asana NDD and LP pages
- Routinely check email for new orders
5. Advanced Sales:
- Develop advanced sales skills to effectively upsell and cross-sell products.
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend complementary items and enhance the customer's purchase.
- Actively participate in sales training programs to refine selling techniques.
- Maintain an average ticket of 60
6. Key Holder:
- Assume responsibilities as a key holder, opening and closing the store as required.
- Follow security protocols for opening and closing procedures.
7. Merchandising Support:
- Assist in maintaining visually appealing product displays and store layouts.
- Collaborate with the team to implement merchandising plans and promotional displays.
- Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and accurately labeled.
8. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and share product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Assist team members during busy periods or special events.
9. Customer Education:
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of products, as well as proper usage.
- Provide information on nutritional values, dosage, and potential health benefits.
- Direct customers to relevant resources, including educational materials and online content.
- Deal with more detail oriented customers (i.e. medical conditions, adverse reactions and allergies).
10. Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and customer interactions.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations for a secure and safe work environment.
- Stay informed about product regulations and labeling requirements.
- Actively engage in ongoing professional development opportunities provided by Supplement King.
- Seek feedback from supervisors and implement suggestions for improvement.
