We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for Customer Service and Packline positions at KFC. In this role, you will ensure every customer receives fast, friendly service and accurate, well-prepared orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
* Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude
* Handle cash and card transactions accurately
* Maintain a clean and welcoming front counter
Packline Duties:
* Assemble and pack orders quickly and accurately according to KFC standards
* Manage multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining quality
* Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness at the packline station
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Reliable and punctual
* Previous experience is an asset (training provided)
