Responsibilities:
* Respond to water damage calls and assess the extent of the damage.
* Extract water using professional equipment.
* Set up and monitor drying equipment.
* Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials.
* Apply mold and mildew treatments.
* Communicate with clients and provide updates on the restoration process.
* Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
* Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
* Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
* Handle and document contents
* Be on an emergency call rotation
Qualifications:
* Experience in water restoration or a related field is preferred.
* Knowledge of water extraction and drying techniques.
* Ability to operate and maintain restoration equipment.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.*
* Must have a clean driving abstract.*
* Certification in water restoration (e.g., IICRC) is a plus.
