MB Country living is currently seeking a Store Manager in Training. The successful individual would be able to work in any of our locations as positions open up.
As a Store Manager, you’re responsible for leading associates by coaching, developing, and inspiring your team in all aspects of the business. You lead by example and live out the core values of caring, sense of ownership, direct communication and continuous improvement. You also enjoy solving customers’ problems with high quality products. You have availability to work weekends and evenings. You have 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a busy, high-volume retail or service environment. You have demonstrated skills in employee lifecycle, planning, project management, change management, budgeting and process improvement in a retail setting.
