We are seeking a driven, strategic, and solution-oriented Commercial & Industrial Sales Representative to join our growing team. Instead of traditional, high-cost concrete tear-out and replacement, our company specializes in a modern, cost-effective alternative: lifting, leveling, and stabilizing concrete structures using advanced polyurethane foam injection. In this role, you aren't just selling a service, you are selling liability reduction, asset protection, and zero-downtime solutions to property managers, warehouse operators, and industrial facilities. Your primary focus will be hunting for new business, evaluating large-scale concrete failures, and tailoring technical engineering proposals to B2B clients. If you thrive on active problem-solving, enjoy high-ticket consultative selling, and love seeing tangible results, this is the role for you.Core Duties
- Business Development & Hunting: Proactively identify, cold-call, and secure meetings with commercial property managers, industrial plant operators, municipalities, and general contractors.
- Site Assessment & Technical Consultations: Visit commercial and industrial sites to evaluate settled slabs, warehouse floors, loading docks, and soil stabilization failures.
- Strategic Estimation & Proposals: Analyze site issues to calculate required foam volume, estimate material costs, and draft comprehensive, highly professional commercial sales bids.
- B2B Relationship Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial cold outreach to closing the deal, maintaining long-term accounts to ensure recurring municipal or commercial property contracts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our operations team and field technicians to ensure site specifications, safety protocols, and client expectations are seamlessly executed.
Experience & Requirements
- Proven B2B Sales Record: 2–4 years of successful experience in business-to-business sales, ideally within industrial services, commercial construction, facility maintenance, or engineering solutions.
- The Right Technical Mindset: Strong spatial awareness and mechanical aptitude. You must be comfortable walking active industrial sites and figuring out structural puzzles to calculate accurate project estimates.
- Exceptional Communication: Professional-grade written and verbal communication skills. You must be highly confident pitching to corporate executives, procurement departments, and municipal engineers.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory to travel to regional commercial sites using company vehicles.
- Self-Driven Autonomy: High emotional intelligence and an entrepreneurial work ethic. You are someone who enjoys building a sales pipeline from scratch and managing your own calendar efficiently.
