Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Sell products and services to meet individual and store sales goals
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
-Kinesiology/Athletic Experience a plus but not required
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
