We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Client Care Representative to join our front-line team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As the first point of contact for our hospital, they play a vital role in creating a welcoming, positive, and memorable client experience. They approach every challenge with confidence and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and their pets
- Manage front desk operations in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and veterinary staff
- Handle appointment scheduling, patient intake, and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Passion for client service and patient care
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and think quickly in a busy clinical setting
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Experience as a veterinary receptionist or assistant
- Familiarity with AVIMark is an asset
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Availability for daytime, evenings till 8 pm, and weekends
- Reliable transportation (must have a car)
