You will advise clients on a broad range of tax matters, including:
Corporate tax planning and reorganizations
Tax advisory and compliance matters
Structuring transactions and financial arrangements
Tax audits, disputes, and regulatory matters
Working closely with experienced partners on complex files
Experience in tax law, including tax planning, advisory, or dispute work
Background at a leading law firm or sophisticated tax practice
Strong analytical, drafting, and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to manage files independently and collaborate within a team environment
