Regal Transport Ltd. is looking for experienced Owner-Operators to join our growing cross-border operation.
Based in Abbotsford, BC, Regal Transport is an established, asset-based transportation company specializing in full truckload dry-van freight between Canada and the United States. We offer dedicated opportunities for professional Owner-Operators who are looking for consistent freight and strong earning potential.
NOTE: We do not offer domestic freight within Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate your own commercial truck to transport freight to designated destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load security
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and route logs
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered on the road
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to keep your vehicle in optimal condition
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 licence
- Meet English language proficiency standards
- Own late-model, well-maintained highway tractor
- Cross-border experience preferred
- Valid passport and ability to enter the United States
- Professional driving record and strong safety record (N-Print / Claims History reviewed)
- Commitment to reliable and professional service
