Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate pizzaiolo to join our team on a part-time basis in the evenings. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing traditional Neapolitan-style pizza, including dough handling, wood-fired oven management, and a deep respect for quality ingredients.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook pizzas to a high standard, preferably in the Neapolitan style
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with prep work and closing duties as needed
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements:
Experience with pizza making – Neapolitan style preferred
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for food and attention to detail
Bonus:
Experience with wood-fired ovens
Knowledge of Italian ingredients and techniques
